Update relating to the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic:

We are constantly monitoring all information regarding the events that were due to take place during 2020. We will contact all passengers that have booked bus tickets for events that have been cancelled or postponed due to the current pandemic. 

For all postponed events, the previously purchased bus tickets are valid for the new date(s). If the new date is unsuitable, passengers can be provided with a coupon code for the value of the ticket. Any requested refunds will be subject to 10% administration fee and will be processed after all refunds for cancelled events and before new date of the event.

For all cancelled events, passengers have the option of a refund of the ticket amount or a coupon code to the value of the bus tickets plus 50% extra to use on future purchases with no expiry date.

We guarantee all refunds will be processed before the date that the event was due to take place. 

Due to the current, unprecedented pandemic we are working less hours, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected and difficult time.

Q: How do I receive my ticket? Is it posted or downloaded?

A: After purchasing your ticket online through our website, you will receive an E-Ticket direct to your email address. (Please check your spam/junk folders) This ticket can be printed, or screenshot on your phone.

Q: Are there toilets available on all TravelMaster buses?

A: As a result of new insurance policies regarding coach services in Ireland we are no longer allowed to facilitate the use of toilets on buses during transit. However, there are stops at service stations on route and our bus drivers will stop on reasonable request for the use of toilets.

Q: What do I do with my E-Ticket?

A: Your printed E-Ticket, or screenshot on a mobile phone will be scanned by a TravelMaster staff member when you board the coach.

Q: Can I purchase a one-way ticket? 

A: We only offer a one-way service to certain events. These will be listed on our website. If necessary you can use a return ticket for one way travel – just make a note when purchasing.

Q: What time should I be at my pickup location? 

A: You must be at your pickup location 15 minutes before the departure time stated on your E-Ticket.

Q: How do I find my pickup location? 

A: Please go to our Pick Up Points page. Here you can get directions to your pick up point. We can only pick up and drop off at the points listed on our website per event.

Q: Am I allowed to drink alcohol while travelling on the bus? 

A: Alcohol is NOT allowed to be consumed on board the coach.

Q: How do I bring alcohol to the concert/event that I am travelling to?

A: Alcohol can be stored in the luggage compartment of the coach while travelling to the event.

Q: Can bags and backpacks be left on the coach while I am at the event?

A: Your bags and backpacks can be safely left on the coach while you are at the event. However, TravelMaster can not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Q: How do I find the coach after the concert has finished?

A: The coach will always collect you at the exact location that you were dropped off unless otherwise instructed by a TravelMaster staff member. We provide 24 hour customer service on the day of an event. If you have any questions regarding locating your coach please contact us on 0212347268 (printed on ticket also)

Q: Will the coach leave without me after the event?

A: We always allow 30 – 45 minutes after an event for you to get back to the coach (depending on location). It is the passengers responsibility to locate the Coach. Our staff are available 24 hours on the day of a concert to help you locate your coach. If you have not contacted us and the 30 – 45 mins return time has passed the driver will leave without you.

Q: What happens if the concert or event finishes later than scheduled and due to large crowds, it is not possible to get back to the coach within 45 minutes?

A: Because TravelMaster is a dedicated concert/event travel company, we adjust our departure time for each and every concert and event. TravelMaster prides itself on always trying to ensure all our customers get back on board and return home safely.

Q: Does a minor have to be accompanied by an adult to while travelling with TravelMaster?

A: Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Is TravelMaster a licenced company?

A: TravelMaster is fully licenced for every concert by the National Transport Authority

Q: Will the coach stop for any rest breaks on the way to or from the concert or event?

A: Yes, the coach stops for 15 minutes at a motorway service stop, on the way to and from the event.

Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket?

A: TravelMaster offers a refund up to 7 days before the concert or event, a 10% cancellation fee per ticket is applicable.

Q: What happens if the event or concert I have bought bus tickets to gets cancelled?

A: If the concert or event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund.

Q: Do you sell concert tickets?

A: No, TravelMaster only sells bus seat tickets to each event.

Q: Is there a 24-hour emergency contact number?

A: Yes this number will be located on the bottom of the E-Ticket that you have purchased and is available 24 hours on the day of a concert/event.
