Request A Refund

Before Submitting a Refund Request

Please read the following before submitting a request:

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel 7 days or more before the event date.

  • Approved refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee per ticket.

  • If your event is less than 7 days away, tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours of the event.

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded on the day before the event.

  • We do not operate cancellation lists or waiting lists for sold-out services.

  • If additional seats become available, they will be released on the booking page.

  • We cannot take back tickets and resell them on your behalf.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to a different pick-up location.

  • Our customer service team cannot amend pick-up locations after booking.

  • If you booked the wrong date or event and it is 7 days or more before the event, you may request a refund and book the correct service separately.

  • If your event is approaching, we recommend booking the correct service immediately, as availability is not guaranteed while awaiting a refund.

  • Seating on the same vehicle as friends joining further along the route cannot be guaranteed.

If you believe your booking qualifies for a refund under the above conditions, please complete the refund request form below. Please note that refund requests may take up to 5 working days to be replied. Calling will not speed up the process.
