Request A Refund
Before Submitting a Refund Request
Please read the following before submitting a request:

Refunds are only available if you cancel 7 days or more before the event date.

Approved refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee per ticket.

If your event is less than 7 days away, tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours of the event.

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded on the day before the event.

We do not operate cancellation lists or waiting lists for sold-out services.

If additional seats become available, they will be released on the booking page.

We cannot take back tickets and resell them on your behalf.

Tickets cannot be transferred to a different pick-up location.

Our customer service team cannot amend pick-up locations after booking.

If you booked the wrong date or event and it is 7 days or more before the event, you may request a refund and book the correct service separately.

If your event is approaching, we recommend booking the correct service immediately, as availability is not guaranteed while awaiting a refund.

Seating on the same vehicle as friends joining further along the route cannot be guaranteed.
If you believe your booking qualifies for a refund under the above conditions, please complete the refund request form below. Please note that refund requests may take up to 5 working days to be replied. Calling will not speed up the process.
