Q: What time should I be at my pickup location?

A: You must be at your pickup location 15 minutes before the departure time stated on your E-Ticket. This facilitates a timely boarding and continued journey.

A: We always allow 30 minutes after an event for you to get back to the coach (depending on location). It is the passengers’ responsibility to locate the Coach. Our staff are available 24 hours on the day of a concert to help you locate your coach.

If you have not contacted us and the 30 mins return time has passed the driver will leave without you.

 

Q: What happens if the concert or event finishes later than scheduled and due to large crowds, it is not possible to get back to the coach within 30 minutes?

A: Because TravelMaster is a dedicated concert/event travel company, we adjust our departure time for each and every concert and event. TravelMaster prides itself on always trying to ensure all our customers get back on board and return home safely
