A: We only offer a one-way service to certain events. These will be listed on our website. If necessary you can use a return ticket for one-way travel – just make a note when purchasing to make the driver aware not to expect you and specify whether this relates to the outbound journey or the return journey.
Q: What time should I be at my pick-up location?
A: You must be at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the departure time stated on your e-ticket. This facilitates a timely boarding and continued journey.
Q: How do I find my pick-up location for the bus to Ja Rule 3Arena?
A: Please go to our Pick-Up Points page. Here you can get directions to your pick-up point. We can only pick up and drop off at the points listed on our website per event. We advise that you make yourself aware of the pick-up point before the day of travel.

A: We always allow 30 minutes after an event for you to get back to the coach (depending on location). It is the passengers’ responsibility to locate the coach. Our staff are available 24 hours on the day of a concert to help you locate your coach.
If you have not contacted us and the 30-minute return time has passed, the driver will leave without you.
Q: What happens if the concert or event finishes later than scheduled and due to large crowds, it is not possible to get back to the coach within 30 minutes?
A: Because TravelMaster is a dedicated concert/event travel company, we adjust our departure time for each and every concert and event. TravelMaster prides itself on always trying to ensure all our customers get back on board and return home safely.
Q: Does a minor have to be accompanied by an adult while travelling by bus to Ja Rule 3Arena?
