A: You must be at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the departure time stated on your e-ticket. This facilitates a timely boarding and continued journey.

A: We always allow 30 minutes after an event for you to get back to the coach (depending on location). It is the passengers’ responsibility to locate the coach. Our staff are available 24 hours on the day of a concert to help you locate your coach.
If you have not contacted us and the 30-minute return time has passed, the driver will leave without you.
